The Brief
Upgrading the existing garden to conform to the new owners lifestyle.

The Concept
To create spaces, pathways and levels to allow the client greater mobility to reach otherwise inaccessibility areas of the garden.

The Challenge
To remove the horticultural zoo effect, exploit in accessible areas, and to create usable recreational spaces.

The Implementation
All work had to be done by hand due to the confined entrances which prohibited use of plant machinery on site.

Timing
Design and planning 1 week, construction 5 weeks.

A garden has been transformed into an easily accessible and readily enjoyed tranquil haven which has been a headache for the security personal, because Mandela was more in the garden than in the house itself.
