The Brief:
The CEO expressed a desire to see palm trees planted in the garden areas.
The Concept:
Due to the split building stages of this development it was frugal to plant all palms and trees over all the landscape areas. The groundcovers below palms were introduced to stabalize embankment. The scale of the building is so enormous that one species of palms dominated the site and linked to a nearby site of the same development.
The Challenge:
The challenge was minimal due to the good co operation between consultants, client and building contractors Group 5.
The Implementation:
Well executed by a dedicated landscape contractor.
