The Brief
Centre in very prominent position; idea was to create an attractive entrance to Wellington as well as to the Shopping Centre.
The Concept
Simple, traditional, landscaping appropriate to a small town; mass plantings of Agapanthus and daylilies on road verge to create a welcoming effect. Shrubs to screen the undersides of cars but still reveal that there is a parking facility.
